After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

Law:- Its completely legal to buy, sell and own an e-scooter in Ireland. At the moment, privately-owned electric scooters are illegal to use on the public highway in Ireland & the UK. However they can be ridden on private land.
Absolutely love my new Bezoir X Plus. Even better than I expected, great battery time, easy charging and looks great. (Blue) the service from pogo cycles was second to none. Clear and thorough communication, complete ease of purchase and fast on time delivery. Great experience!
Apart from the front wheel quick release loosening and coming off while riding, I have no complaints, got injured cause of it, if you're not planning on using that feature, please invest in a firm stationery lock on the front wheel.

I bought this type of mountain e-bike 2 months ago and i have to express my overall satisfaction with this purchase, so far.
I will explain some of its features (pros/cons) in order to help people who are in search of a new, tolerable-range price electric bike like this brand.
• Motor power : 97/100
Probably the strongest feature of the bike.
Without having a top-name brand on its side,
the motor provides great power regardless different terrain surfaces, inclines and weather.
++ When you adjust the intensity of the levels of the gears to the highest, using the buttons on the left through the electronic panel, then you have a beast!
- sometimes you hear a sound like scratching or unscrewing from the rear wheel of the bike. I guess, (or wish) you don't have to worry about a lot.
• Battery capacity : 83/100
Still meets the standards but according to the preferences given on line, i was expecting a little longer.
++ With moderate usage of battery energy, it will cover 60-70 km
- With full scale usage at all times, it cannot last more than 40 km, have this in mind when you want to cover long distances.
-- One issue i've experienced to my bike: a malfunction with the electronic screen's display, especially with the battery indicator. Never displayed the actual capacity of the battery.
Helpful tip: disconnect and reconnect the cables located in front and under the main horizontal bracket of the bike.
• Top Speed: 98/100
From all the brands of this category, Bezior has the highest top Speed ability.
It can reach the limit of 45-47 KMph (while pedaling and adjusting it at full scale)
Be careful! If you don't have any experience with motorcycle or similar vehicle, it could be dangerous!

Adjustable in the front, a bit stiff but good on the back.
- I've experienced some looseness in the front
Side, between the suspension and the bracket witch holds the steering

Great weight distribution back and in front,
the bike feels not very heavy, even with all these installed compounds here and there.
The traction is kinda weird in the beginning, due to the width of the tyres, but as you getting used to it, it feels smooth and steady.

Top tier quality with both, safety and performance.

• Electronic Display & Torch light: 82/100
+ The torch is quite sufficient as a primary one.
-- The Screen monitor has issues with wrong displays of speed, overall distance and battery range. ( I may cycle with an approx. speed of 40km/h and it shows 99.9, despite I'm not Valentino Rossi, as far as I know 😅)

Although I’ve only had it for a few days. The bike is truly great. I’m loving it. Even making excuses to go to shops etc just to use it. I’m in the process of buying a GPS tracker because with the way people stare at it, I’m hesitant to park it unattended even with a lock 😊
