After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

Not good.

The MY-SM26 electric bike is sitting in my garage for 15 days. Am in contact, With po go every day, still no parts to make it run .

Good value bike, pity about minor issues.

Very pleased with bike, but thought that mudguards are not too secure when fitted (only one securing point) they tend to move around. I felt like giving them extra stability with some plastic ties, but this would involve drilling holes in the mudguards which I was reluctant to do. Also, an optional rear carrier to me would have been very beneficial as there is no facility to carry even a bottle of water. I did enquire about a carrier but was informed that not available. Would have paid a bit extra to not have these problems.
