Ich der Besteller des Bezior X 500 Pro, Heinz Bühlmann Schweiz, habe mich gefreut, dass von der Anfrage über die Antwort, den Bestellablauf bis zur Verrechnung alles so gut geklappt hat. Auch das mit der Lieferadresse von Sonja Kaiser im Klettgau Deutschland hat funktioniert.
Das X 500 Pro habe ich in die Schweiz eingeführt, zusammengebaut und den Akku geladen.
Ich vermisse aber den zusätzlich bestellten Bezior-Akku für X-Serie.
Er war nicht im Paket des X 500 Pro noch im Paket des Gepäckträgers zu finden.
Könnten Sie mir den noch nachliefern?

Really good, highly recommended

This bike has been my best purchase. The size is great and it has different speeds. I live far from the city center and by bike it takes me 20 minutes to get there. I live at the top of a hill and I can climb it without difficulty.

Love it so so much u can change the speed to go faster and charge Ur phone while on the way to somewhere it's changed my life

i payed for my bike in august , on the 29th and told estimated time 7-10 working days, on the 4th of September i was told its out of stock , i asked how long and you said 2-3 weeks ,on the 6th of September you said i could chose a different bike , on the 11th of September you said i would have the bike with in this week, on the 15th of September you said we regret to inform you the bike has still not been shipped yet if you want to choose some other bike, At 9.24 on the 18 of September you said we are sorry but your bike is stuck in customs and we are not getting any date of arrival, the same day at 11.04 you said the bike is not in stock and i can choose a different , but yet at 9.24 that same day you said customs have it ???? so which is it , i have also sent you 3 emails today asking when will i be getting it and you have not yet got back to me , i need a date as to when i will get my bike

I must say I was very impressed with the bezior x500pro caused no problems arrived within day very good bike

I was very please with how fast and safe The delivery was love The bike my only problem with it is The speed limiter but otherwise its a great bike

Bike arrived quickly and after some minor assembly I started to use and enjoy it.

2 same bikes ordered - but no delivered together ? Why ? it is the alone remark.
They answer questions and it’s a good point. The best is my two bikes arrived in order.

Item came within a week, well packaged everything came as intended,highly recommend
