Warranty Period And Target Audience Terms
The Gunai warranty is automatically registered when the initial purchaser orders and receives the product from our online bike marketplace, Pogo Cycles, and is applicable only to the original purchaser.

Note:
-Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
-If the product is damaged/misused by customers, the warranty will be invalid immediately. No compensation is available in such cases.
-Proof is needed for any non-human quality problems, such as pictures or videos.
-The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance, or other such misuse, normal wear, or water damage.
Claims
All claims to this Gunai warranty must be made through GUNAI. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty request. Before making a Gunai warranty claim, we suggest that you contact our Technical Support team.
Shipping Damage Claims
IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 5 days from receipt of product. Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. Report damage claims within 5 days of delivery to a GUNAI`s customer service representative. Please contact our technical support team via email or WhatsApp for return/exchange instructions.

Continue ShoppingAfter doing a lot of searching and reading I decided on getting the f20 master and after a month of using it I have no regrets. The bike came well packaged and was setup in 15 minutes. The quality of the bike is really good had squeaky rear brakes for the first week or so but knew they were just bedding in all good now Battery is true to what fafrees say got 140 km on a full charge my commute is 30 km daily with a lot of hills and the bike just glides up them effortlessly. Only downside to the bike for me is the saddle which isn't the most comfortable but overall I'm really pleased with my f20 master and would recommend
Expect for admin fees on top of listed price of the bike, and also extremely long delays when it comes to delivery.
admin fees are only for bike to work orders. For all other order website price is the final price.
Delivery depends on the stock situation. if an item is out of stock it can be delivered only once in stock
