When the product remote control cannot control the turn signal (no indicator lights up when the remote control switch is pressed), the battery needs to be replaced
After replacing the battery, press and hold the turn signal switch and remote control switch simultaneously for 3 seconds to complete the matching of the remote control and turn signal.

After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

Cycle is good and premium material. But the delivery person was not friendly at all and left the almost 50kg heavy package without dropping it at our doorstep even though we requested him. Hence my wife had to drag the heavy package through our compound almost 150 meters. Other delivery people all have assisted us to bring their packages till our doorstep till date.
