After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

Ordering was straight forward delivery was spot onn packaging was first class not a mark assembly was easy half an hour in total have only cycled 20 k so far on it have to say it does what it says on the tin very happy with my gn 88

Super vélo électrique très bonne autonomie entre 40 et 80 kilomètres en fonction du mode charge relativement vite moteur puissant et bien fini avec un freinage puissant. There is actually no user manual inte package on this bike, not even online manual. At beginning I did not know anything, how to start the bike, how to turn on the lamp.... until I search Google or Youtube.
