After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

Good cycle but poor onsite delivery service.

Cycle is good and premium material. But the delivery person was not friendly at all and left the almost 50kg heavy package without dropping it at our doorstep even though we requested him. Hence my wife had to drag the heavy package through our compound almost 150 meters. Other delivery people all have assisted us to bring their packages till our doorstep till date.

Sir unfortunately we have no control of delivery company. you can rate them seperately on their website, we are just bike marketplace :(
